WELCOME TO SWITZERLAND
Having lived abroad and traveled to over 10 countries together, it's safe to say that travel is a cornerstone of our love story. Our first trip, just days after Garison moved to Germany, was to Switzerland. Over four years and countless trips later, Switzerland remains our favorite place in the world. That's why we decided that our wedding had to be there, so we could share our favorite place with the people who mean the most to us.

Below you will find what to expect over the week of celebration!
ARRIVAL
August 18th, 2025
For those traveling from the US, we suggest arriving on Monday, August 18th so you get a good nights rest and acclimate to the timezone before the fun begins on Tuesday! For those traveling from Europe, feel free to arrive on Tuesday, in time for the welcome party
WELCOME PARTY
August 19th, 2025
The welcome party will be Tuesday, August 19th at 6:30pm with drinks and hors d'oevres. We will watch the sunset over beautiful Lake Thun.

Attire is Garden Party Cocktail. Please see dress code tab for more information and inspiration pictures.
​
Transportation to and from Oberhofen Castle will be provided from the Parkhotel Gunten. Specific pick up and drop off times will be published as we get closer.

WEDDDING DAY
August 20th, 2025
Please join us in Black Tie attire at Castle Schadau for a wedding ceremony beginning at 5:30pm.
Transportation to and from Castle Schadau will be provided from the Parkhotel Gunten. Specific pick up and drop off times will be published as we get closer.

​If you are wearing heels, please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in grass.
​
Following cocktail hour, we will go inside Castle Schadau for dinner and a reception follow.
